At Arma, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy below, which applies to physical products and software.
Physical Products (CNC Tools, Car Components, etc.)
We accept returns of physical products under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unmodified, and undamaged.

Authorization Required: Please contact us before returning any item to receive a Return Authorization.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fee: A 15% ($500 Max) restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
Software Products
Due to the nature of digital products:

All software sales are final and non-refundable once the license key has been issued or the product has been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues, we offer free technical support to help resolve them.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
